Steve’s Blinds and Wallpaper offers a three-year limited warranty on all Steve’s blinds and shades sold. This warranty is extended to the original residential purchaser only.
This warranty covers all materials, operating mechanisms and moving parts (such as cords). As well as manufacturing defects and shipping damages (that are reported within two weeks of receipt of blinds or shades).
This warranty does not include any of the following:
Colors vary from lot to lot and may not exactly match sample swatch, sample book, or previous purchases. Steve’s Blinds and Wallpaper will not be responsible for color matching to blinds that were purchased previously. Discontinued components or color selections will be replaced with the closest equivalent current product. If there are more blinds in the same room, there is no guarantee of color match for the one being repaired or replaced.
The following is also not included and is the responsibility of the consumer:

This Warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other obligations, liabilities, or warranties. In no event shall Steve’s Blinds and Wallpaper or its licensed fabricators or distributors be liable for incidental or consequential damages, or for any other damage, loss or expense, cost or fee associated with such damage. In some states, exclusions for incidental or consequential damages are not allowable.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. Policy is subject to change without notice. No agent, representative, dealer, or unauthorized employee has the authority to increase or alter the obligation of this warranty.
