What is Covered: This sliding panel product is warranted against original defects in materials or workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the product provided that:

· The product was made or assembled exclusively from Bali Window Fashionsâ materials and components

Who is Covered: The warranty extends only to you as the original purchaser of the Sliding Panel blind.

What the Warranty Does not Cover: This warranty does not cover conditions or damages caused by accidents, alterations, misuse, or failure to follow instructions for measurements, installation, cleaning or maintenance. In addition, normal wear and tear are not covered by the warranty. All fabrics can lose original intensity after long exposure to the sun. When left for extended periods in direct sunlight, plastics tend to yellow or crack. All cords will eventually wear out.
This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other written or oral warranties or obligations and liabilities.

Brackets
· Standard Mounting Clip: Used for inside or ceiling mounts, and also used in conjunction with extension brackets.
· Extension Brackets: Extends the back of the shade away from the mounting surface to clear any obstructions. Available in sizes 2â, 2 5/8â, or 3 1/2â. Standard on outside mount shades and used with a standard mounting clip.
Control Options
· Wand: Open and close the shade by pulling the wand back and forth, along the window.
· Cord: Open and close the shade by a continuous cord loop control system where the cord retains the same length, no matter what position the blind is in.
Stack Options
· One-Way Draw: The panels stack to the side of the window of your choice. The lead panel is the one on the outside. The headrail is not reversible. Panel overlap is always 4â

Valance Options
· Wood Cornice: Crafted from premium hardwood in five popular finishes. Each cornice is of fine furniture quality and L brackets are provided for easy installation. Inside mount has straight cut ends, and no returns or dust cover are provided. Outside mount have mitered corners, 5â returns and a dustcover to conceal the top of the blind. For outside mount, custom returns can be ordered up to 8â, with a minimum return size of 1/2â. Choose from two different styles (regal or noble: described below) and heights (5 1/2â or 7 1/2â). Wood cornices are shipped separate from the blind but the manufacturer recommends installing the blind and the cornice at the same time.
o Regal Wood Cornice: Available in stained or painted finishes that crowns your shade with style and sophistication.
o Noble Wood Cornice: A stately design available in stained or painted finishes. It lends an impressive appearance to larger, wider windows.
· Fabric-Wrapped Cornice: Available in most fabrics (see table at the bottom of this page). It is not available with the natural shade material panel track. Use to create a coordinated statement with your shade or use a bold, contrasting fabric. L brackets are provided for easy installation. Available as outside mount only, and provided with 6â returns only. Polyester batting under the fabric creates an upholstered appearance and a white fabric liner covers the dust cover and inside of the cornice for a finished look. Cornices will be shipped separate from the blind but the manufacturer recommends installing the shade and cornice at the same time.
· Roller/Solar/Roman Classic Square Corner Valance: A square-corner PVS, channel panel valance. It include two 5 5/8â returns that can be trimmed to the desired length with scissors. A single valance is available up to 192â in width in which the fabric would not be continuous.
Spliced Blinds: A perfect option for homes or apartments where narrow hallways, elevators, or stairwells make it difficult to move wide blinds. One-way blinds are available up to 192â. The blind operates as one unit after the headrail sections are assembled together. There is a maximum of three headrail sections. For split draw blind, available up to 332â.
Mixed Panels: Mix and match fabrics, colors, and textures on one headrail. Any material type can be mixed together. You must specify the number of panels you want in each material/color.
