TruFit™ Terms of Conditions and exclusions.

• The original product must be returned to Steve's Blinds and Wallpaper at your expense.
• This Guarantee only covers the correction of mount type and size ordered. Any other issues with orders like color selection, opacity or fabric selection do not qualify.
• Changes are restricted to size and mount type. Any additional cost associated with your TruFit reorder is your responsibility, including oversized freight fees or changes in promotions compared to original order.
• Limit one remake per line item with a maximum of 4 remakes per customer for life.
• Commercial contract orders, any orders of 25 units or more, shutter orders, out of factory specification orders, any orders delivered to a non-residential address and orders placed using a professional measure service are not covered under the TruFit™ Guarantee.
• Due to protecting the integrity of providing a custom made product, orders cannot be returned to the factory for refunds.
